1. What can I expect from working with you?

You can expect my best effort on any project entrusted to me. Above all your copy will have been written to exceed your expectations.

2. What Kind of results can I expect?

Results are multi-faceted. Therefore, market conditions, competition, and demand all factor into the final result. Rest assured; I’m not satisfied until you are satisfied. Using your specifications I will have a written copy that reflects your brand’s personality.

3. What is your process?

My process begins with you providing me with a brief of your project. A brief simply outlines the scope and nature of your project. For instance, the timeline, how many revisions are included for free, payment terms, and what does my guarantee cover?

4. Do you do the work yourself or outsource it?

All work is completed by me. Your project is not outsourced. In addition, this includes researching applicable sources to validate and support any claims made.

5. Are you responsible for design work also?

Design work is not my specialty. While I am more than happy to lend creative ideas toward the project the design process will need to be facilitated by an expert in that area.

6. Do you charge more for rush jobs?

Rush jobs are not charged a higher fee. However, my best output requires time to formulate my best strategy and research allocation. Remember when your copy is successful, we are all successful.

7. I have a tight deadline to meet. Can you start on my project right away?

If I am working on another project and am already committed, I will advise you of the anticipated completion date and when I’m available to start your project.

8. What are your rates?

My copy rates are in line with industry standards. Dependent upon the nature and scope of the project this will determine the fee range.

9. What kind of turnaround time can you expect?

Together we will discuss your turn-around time needs. On-time is always the desired outcome. Should a delay occur for an unforeseen circumstance you will be contacted immediately. Always know my goal is to exceed your expectations and have all deliverables in your hands before the promised time frame.

10. What if you want to make revisions?

You are more than welcome to send me revisions. Included in your pricing are three full copy revisions following completion through day thirty of your project.

11. I’m in New York and you are in Arizona. Can we still work together?

Yes. Your copy knows no boundaries. While my work is accomplished remotely your business can reside anywhere in the world.

12. What is included in your fees

My fees include 1. Thorough research for all projects. 2. The best copy I am able to produce for you. And, 3. Three full copy revisions within the first thirty days following project completion.

13. What is the best way to reach me?

The best way to reach me initially is to fill out the contact me form on this website. Once we begin working together you will be provided a mobile phone number to call or text. Additionally, you may email me at any time. You can expect a response within 24-hours if the nature of the contact is not urgent.

14. How do I go about hiring you? Do I have to sign a contract? Do you ask for monies upfront?

Should you and I decide to work together a short contract will be provided outlining our agreed-upon terms of engagement. To begin work I require a 50% deposit.

15. Will you coordinate with my other suppliers?

Coordinating with other vendors/suppliers is possible. Once you sign off on the copy it is my pleasure to arrange for coordination with other vendors.

16. My work is in a highly technical field that is very involved. How are you going to understand enough about my work to write about it?

My background of twenty-plus years within the second most regulated industry in the world provides an advantage for me. Embracing complex data and simplifying it for various audiences is my specialty.

17. What kind of search engine rankings have you been able to get for other websites?

Beginning with the end in mind (search engine optimization) your copy will have critical keywords placed within it to drive organic traffic ethically. The goal is for your copy to land on page one of googles placement.

Your headline will be SEO optimized. Special attention for a subhead, body copy, link wording, images, and the call to action will all be scrutinized.

18. What programs do you use, and are you able to work with mac and pcs?

I’ve worked with both mac and pcs. My specialty is working within the Microsoft Office suite of products.

19. Do you have experience working with printers, list suppliers, or mail houses?

While I do not recommend one printer, list supplier, or mail house, I am happy to coordinate efforts on behalf of our project.
